4. Then spread a layer of glutinous rice on the purple sweet potato puree, press it tightly, cover it and let it cool.

5. After it has cooled, turn the box upside down, take out the cake, and cut it into thick slices with a sharp knife before eating (if you like sweets, you can drizzle some sugar water on it).

Glutinous Rice Rice Pudding

500g glutinous rice, 50g red dates, 20g wolfberry, 20g raisins, 50g peanuts, honey, sesame oil

Wash the glutinous rice, add water to cover it by about two fingers, bring to a boil and set aside.

Soak red dates, wolfberries, raisins and peanuts for a while and set aside.

Take a small bowl and spread a small spoonful of honey and sesame oil evenly, then place the soaked red dates, wolfberries, raisins, and peanuts at the bottom of the bowl according to your preference.

Take out the boiled glutinous rice, put it into a small bowl, compact it and set aside.

Place the small bowl of glutinous rice in a steamer and steam until cooked through (this process takes more than 40 minutes).

Transfer the perfect amount of glutinous rice from the small bowl to a plate and serve.
