There are many ways of cooking in Chinese, and each food tastes different when cooked in different ways. Many people only eat sweet potatoes by steaming them, but in fact, sweet potatoes can also be fried. Let’s learn how to fry sweet potatoes to make them delicious.

1. How to make taro delicious and simple: taro paste

Ingredients: 800g Lipu taro, 100g light cream, 100g pure milk, 80g fine sugar, 90g rapeseed oil.

Method: 1. Peel the taro, wash it, and steam it. 2. Add whipping cream, milk and sugar and mash into a paste. 3. Put the mixture into a non-stick pan and stir-fry over low heat. Add oil in 2 to 3 times, waiting until all the oil is absorbed before adding the second time. 4. After all the food is absorbed, stir-fry for a while to check the dryness and wetness yourself, then serve and let cool, then seal and store in the refrigerator.

2. How to fry taro deliciously and simply: chopped pepper taro

Ingredients: taro, 1 tablespoon of chopped pepper, 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce.

Method: 1. Wash the surface of the taro, put it into the pot with the skin and steam it. Let the steamed taro cool down, peel off the skin and cut it into dice. 2. Heat the pan, add a little oil, stir-fry the chopped pepper sauce until fragrant, then add the taro and stir-fry together. 3. Add light soy sauce and water, heat over low heat until the seasoning is absorbed. 4. After serving, sprinkle a little chopped parsley on top.

3. How to make delicious and simple taro stir-fry: taro stir-fried beef shreds

Ingredients: beef, taro, oyster sauce, salad oil, cornstarch, salt, dried chili peppers, onions, ginger, cooking wine, shallots, peppercorns, garlic, and white sugar.

Method: 1. Cut the beef into shreds and marinate it with cooking wine, oyster sauce, a little salad oil, salt and cornstarch for a while. 2. In the space between the marinated meats, cut the ginger and taro into shreds, cut the green onions into rings, chop the shallots, and grind the garlic. 3. Heat the pan, pour in appropriate amount of oil, sauté garlic, ginger, and green onion, add the shredded beef and stir-fry until it changes color, then set aside. 4. Fry the dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant. Remove the beef from the pot and add the shredded taro and light soy sauce, continue to stir-fry. Sprinkle some sugar to enhance the flavor (add salt if it is not salty enough). 5. Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
