At the same time, dietary fiber has obvious functions of lowering plasma cholesterol, regulating gastrointestinal function and insulin levels.

Soybean meal is the residual byproduct after soybean oil is extracted by low-temperature (40-60℃) extraction method, and it is in the form of coarse powder. Because they are not exposed to temperature, soybean antitrypsin, urease, hemagglutinin, saponin and goiter-inducing factor will not be destroyed. Soybean meal is the most widely used and largest amount of vegetable protein raw material.
