How to make onion salad?

1. Method

Ingredients: 1/2 onion, 2 celery sticks, 1 pepper, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, some coriander, 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon each of sweet and spicy sauce, soy sauce, and sugar, 1 tablespoon each of canned pineapple juice and lemon juice.

Preparation method: Cut the onion into shreds, cut the celery into sections and marinate with a small amount of salt, cut the pepper into shreds, cut the coriander into sections, and cut the pineapple into small slices. Add onion, celery, pepper, minced garlic and pineapple to the seasoning and mix together. Finally, add coriander and mix well. Serve.

Prepare an onion, two green peppers, an appropriate amount of basic seasonings, and then prepare fresh bean sauce and chili oil. Peel the onion and wash it clean, remove the onion stem, cut the onion lengthwise, cut the onion into strips, and chop the green pepper for seasoning. Add salt, MSG and sugar to a bowl, add a little chili oil and drizzle light soy sauce on the surface. After stirring evenly, add a little fresh shellfish extract and white vinegar and stir evenly again. After adding sesame oil, stir thoroughly and the cold onion salad is ready.
