   All ingredients were chopped.

   Mix one spoonful of oyster sauce, two spoonfuls of water, and a suitable amount of salt to make a sauce.

   Heat oil and fry the eggs until cooked. Set aside.

   Add carrots, cucumbers, and wood ear mushrooms to the pot and stir-fry.
