Curry Chicken Rice

   Step 1

   Peel and dice the potatoes, dice the onions, and peel and dice the carrots.

   Dice the chicken breast and set aside.

   Heat oil in a pan, then add onions, potatoes, and carrots in that order and stir-fry.

   Add diced chicken and continue stir-frying.

   Add water, bring to a boil, and skim off the foam.

   Add curry cubes

   Cook for another five minutes after the curry cubes have completely melted.

   Serve the rice on a plate and drizzle with the cooked curry chicken sauce.
