Wasabi Oysters

   Step 1

   Wash the oysters thoroughly and steam them over high heat for about 7 10 .

   Step 2

   The oysters are cooked when they open up during steaming.

   Step 3

   Open one side of the shell and throw it away.

   Step 4

   Pour the wasabi and soy sauce onto the dipping dish.

   Step 5

   Just take out the oyster meat and eat it with some wasabi and soy sauce.
