Tomato and Egg Soup

Method

   Step 1

   Beat the eggs and add a pinch of salt.

   Step 2

   Heat the oil, then add water and tomatoes. Once the water boils, add a little salt.

   Step 3

   Pour in the eggs and stir. Remove from heat immediately (I transferred them to a bowl). Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
