1. Mix the dry and wet ingredients as you would when making pizza dough, making sure the yeast does not come into direct contact with the salt.

2. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic, but there is no need to knead it into a thin film;

3. Put the dough in a warm and humid place to ferment until it doubles in size. I still use the yogurt function of the bread machine to ferment. While waiting for the fermentation, we prepare the ingredients to be sprinkled on the surface. Chop the bacon, slice the garlic, dry basil leaves and black pepper powder and mix them with oil (it is best to use olive oil);

4. Use your finger to dip in flour and poke a hole in the dough. If the hole does not shrink or collapse, it means the dough is fermented properly.

5. Take out the dough, deflate it, roll it into a ball, and divide it into three small doughs of equal weight;

6. Roll the dough into a round shape or a baking pan shape, let it rise at room temperature for 20 minutes, and brush a layer of spices on the surface;

7. Sprinkle bacon on top and use scissors to cut some small holes on the surface of the dough;

8. Sprinkle with garlic;

9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. This is what it looks like right after it is put into the oven;

10. After 15 minutes of baking, you can see that the dough begins to turn brown.
