How to make crispy Peking duck

1.1Find a red wine bottle or a bottle of similar size, fill it with water, put the duck on the bottle and stand it up, and use a chopstick to hold up the duck's wings.

2.2 Rinse the duck inside and out and place it in the pond. Boil a large pot of water and pour the boiling water all over the duck, covering both the front and back. Repeat this step three times
