How to make German Butternut Squid

Eating is a very simple thing, because all you have to do is open your mouth. But in fact, eating is really not that simple, because for the sake of your own body, you must eat healthily. In order to eat healthily, let me introduce to you how to make German bread.

1. Mix flour, salt, sugar and warm water evenly and knead into a smooth dough. Don't pour all the water in at once, because different flours and environments require different amounts. It's ready when it becomes a smooth dough.

2.1 Divide into 6 pieces and roll them into the shape as shown in the picture, which is slightly thicker at both ends, thicker in the middle and thinner near the ends.

3.2 Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

4.1 Mix baking soda with 1L of water and bring to a boil.

5.2 Tie a knot as shown in the picture. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and continue to rise in a warm place for 30-60 minutes.

6.Use a slotted spoon to carefully place the bread into the boiling water. Note that the water should be kept at a slight boil, but not too hot. And be careful with the foam, it can easily overflow. Soak both sides and cook for about 1 minute per side.

7. Use a sharp knife to cut the thick middle part of the cooked bread, sprinkle with coarse salt, and put it into the preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.
