7. Put it in a jar or casserole, add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce, pour in boiling water, the water should cover the meat, and skim off the foam in the middle. Keep stewing until the meat is soft, then cook over high heat until the soup is reduced, and add a little chicken stock for seasoning.
