How to cook cured chicken with dried beans

1. Soak the dried beans in clean water and cut them into small pieces about one inch long.

3.2 Soak the cured chicken in warm water for about 20 minutes, wash and chop into small pieces.

6. Add the dried beans and stir-fry together. Then add half a pot of water, appropriate amounts of salt, chicken essence, cooking wine and dark soy sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until the water is dried up.
