5.1 Use a rubber spatula to stir until it forms a dough, which is the pie crust dough.

6.2 Add sifted low-gluten flour.

7.1 Use the thumbs of both hands to rotate and press along the mold to shape it.

8.2 Take about 15 grams of pie dough and put it into the pie cup mold.

9. Try to press the tart crust to an even thickness.

10. Place the prepared tart crust on a baking tray and poke holes in the surface with a toothpick to prevent the bottom from bulging during baking.

11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the tart mold in and bake for about 10 minutes.

12. Turn the baked tart mold upside down and the tart crust will fall off.

13. Let the tart crust cool down and squeeze the whipped cream into the tart cup.

14. Place the fruit on top of the cream.

15.The delicious fruit tart is ready.
