1. Cut the mouth of the coconut into a triangle shape and pour out half of the coconut milk to soak the glutinous rice.

5. Steam the whole coconut in a steamer for three to four hours. During this process, the steamer must be sealed and there must be enough water in the steamer.

6. After the coconut is steamed, use the back of a knife to cut through the skin to reveal the white coconut meat.

7. Rinse the coconut shell fragments on the surface of the coconut with cold water and cold boiled water, and cut it on the chopping board.

8. Cut the coconut meat with a knife. Apply some oil on the knife to make it cut more completely.
