How to make celery, carrot and meat buns

1. Add 750 grams of flour, baking powder and warm water, knead into a smooth dough and put it in a stainless steel bowl with oil on the bottom. Place the stainless steel basin in a larger basin of warm water.

2. While waiting for the dough to ferment, chop the celery and carrots, and chop the green onion and ginger for later use.

3. After one hour of fermentation, dip your index finger in flour and poke a hole in the middle of the dough. If the dough does not shrink quickly and forms a honeycomb shape when you open it, the dough is ready.

4. Move the dough to a floured mat, knead it into a ball, cover it with a clean cloth, and let it rest for 15 minutes.

5. Knead the dough vigorously for ten minutes, then knead it into a ball, and then let it rest for another ten minutes. The bun skin made in this way is chewy and delicious.

6. Divide the dough that has been proofed for the second time into small portions of about 45 grams.

8. After wrapping the buns one by one, place them some distance apart and let them sit for about seven or eight minutes to allow them to take shape.

9. During this time, put a steaming cloth in the steamer and boil water.

10. When the water in the pot starts to boil, place the buns evenly in the pot. After steaming on high heat for four or five minutes, switch to medium heat and steam for fifteen to twenty minutes. After turning off the heat, simmer for five minutes.

11. The delicious buns are ready to eat!
