How to stir-fry large intestine

Nowadays, many people neglect their own health and do not pay attention to what they eat on weekdays. They just buy some food outside. In fact, it is not as difficult as imagined to eat nutritious and healthy food. For example, stir-fried large intestine is simple to prepare and it is a particularly delicious dish that is worth recommending.

1. Prepare the ingredients. I bought cooked large intestines and just clean them when I get back. It is rather troublesome to clean the large intestine by yourself, so you can buy one that has been cleaned and then just do some minor processing at home before using it.

2. Cut the cooled pig intestine into small pieces, do not cut it into large pieces.

3. Peel the carrots and cut them into slices diagonally, cut the garlic sprouts into sections diagonally, and smash the celery and cut into sections.

4. Peel and chop the garlic and cut the ginger into shreds.

5. Pour oil into the wok and add minced garlic and shredded ginger until fragrant.

6. Add carrots, garlic sprouts and celery and stir-fry evenly.

7. After a while, add the large intestine and stir-fry.

8. After stir-frying evenly, add a spoonful of soy sauce, pepper powder and appropriate amount of salt for seasoning. If you like strong taste, add less.

9. Pour in a tablespoon of white sugar to enhance the flavor.

10. Stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.

Although restaurants provide us with convenience, they still have many shortcomings. It is better to cook it ourselves. Stir-fried large intestine is easy to make, nutritious and healthy.
