Steps for making braised pork with chili peppers

Cut the pork belly into chunks and lay them flat in a pan to fry over low heat.

Fry until both sides are slightly browned, then add crushed rock sugar and stir constantly until the rock sugar melts and caramelizes the sugar.

After the rock sugar has melted, stir-fry evenly.

Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly, add the spice packet (because I didn't have any other ingredients at home ๐), pour in a bowl of boiling water, and simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes.

Pour in the prepared green peppers and stir-fry over high heat for about 3 minutes.

Add a suitable amount of salt and it's ready to serve! It's incredibly delicious with rice ๐ Adults and children alike will love it; it's rich but not greasy, and has a chewy and soft texture.
