
Ingredients: 1-2 lbs pork ribs; 6-10 rock sugar pieces; some brown sugar; 2-3 scallion segments; 1 piece of ginger; cooking wine; soy sauce; vinegar; white sugar; (sesame seeds) Cooking: [1] Wash the pork ribs to remove blood, add a little cooking wine (not too much), scallion segments, and ginger, and blanch (you can cook them a little longer to make them more tender and fall off the bone). [2] In a normal-sized bowl, add 4 tablespoons of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of white sugar, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (one tablespoon each of light and dark soy sauce is best), then fill with warm water (fill it completely!).
