Steps for making stir-fried tofu with tomatoes

Prepare the ingredients: cut the tofu into small cubes, peel and dice the tomatoes, and mince the garlic.

Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the tofu. Sprinkle a little salt on top of the tofu in the pan to give it flavor.

Pan-fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides, then place it on a plate.

No need to add oil to the pan, just add the tomatoes, sugar, and salt and stir-fry until they release their juices.

Add a little tomato sauce and stir-fry for a short while.

Pour in the pan-fried tofu, cover the pot, and simmer over low heat for 1-2 minutes.

Open the lid, pour in the minced garlic, stir-fry evenly, and then remove from the pan.

It goes very well with a bowl of white rice; the sweet and sour flavor makes it a great accompaniment.
