Steps for making wasabi freshwater prawns
Step 1

Seasonings: 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 2 teaspoons sugar, and a pinch of black pepper.
Step 2

Clean the shrimp, trim the whiskers, heat oil in a pan, and stir-fry the shrimp until they change color!
Step 3

Add 2 small pieces of butter and 1 spoonful of minced garlic.
Step 4

Add 1/3 teaspoon of salt and stir-fry evenly.
Step 5

Pour in the sauce from before and stir-fry evenly for 1 minute.
Step 6

Add chopped green onions and stir-fry evenly.
