Quick and easy dish for lazy people - Satay Beef Stew Recipe Steps

Ingredients: Sliced beef, fresh tofu skin, enoki mushrooms, satay sauce

First, marinate the beef slices. If you bought beef, you can slice it yourself; I was lazy and just bought beef slices. Use a little salt, oyster sauce, white pepper powder, and cornstarch to mix the beef slices until they are sticky. Then pour some oil to seal the beef. Chop some green garlic, add some satay sauce, sugar, water, and light soy sauce, and stir well to make a sauce.

Boil a pot of water, then blanch the washed and root-removed enoki mushrooms until just cooked.

Remove the enoki mushrooms from the water and drain them as much as possible. Then spread them out at the bottom of the pot.

Blanch the fresh bean curd sheets in boiling water, then drain and place them on top of the enoki mushrooms.

Heat the pot over a fire, and place the marinated beef slices flat on the bean curd sheets.

Once the pot is heated, pour in the satay sauce, then add the prepared sauce, cover, and simmer over medium heat for another 3 minutes. Check that the beef slices have changed color, then sprinkle with chopped green garlic, cover again, and let it simmer for a while before serving.

This dish only takes about 15 minutes from preparation to serving. As a cow or horse, why don't you give it a try?
