I'm recording it here on Xiachufang (a Chinese cooking website) for future reference. I didn't include the group number, so please don't ban my account! Thank you!

Steps for making dry pot mushroom stew

Soak button mushrooms and deer antler mushrooms

Slice the king oyster mushrooms thinly, and they'll be crispy after frying. My partner prefers the oyster mushrooms to be torn into small strips.

When preparing shiitake mushrooms and deer antler mushrooms, you can cut the shiitake mushrooms into thicker slices for a more meaty texture. You can add other mushrooms as you like, depending on your personal preference.

After preparing the mushrooms, boil them in boiling water for 88 seconds.

When boiling mushrooms, slice some garlic and set aside.

After boiling, remove the fish, rinse it with cold water, and squeeze out the excess water. This will reduce the cooking time during frying.

After squeezing out the water, pan-fry the king oyster mushrooms. Since they're sliced thinly, they'll brown and turn golden brown easily. I fried them on high heat for 2 minutes, then separated them, then another 2 minutes, separated them again, and another 2 minutes until they were nice and crispy.

Once they're browned and crispy, set them aside.

Sauté the garlic first.

Add the pan-fried mushrooms

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce and a spoonful of oyster sauce. I personally feel that the oyster sauce is the key. The saltiness of the light soy sauce and oyster sauce is enough, so there is no need to add salt. Friendly reminder: It is better to eat a light diet. Eating too much salt can easily lead to high blood pressure. Also, don't turn off the range hood immediately after cooking. I saw a post about an aunt who doesn't smoke but has lung discomfort. After going for a checkup, her lungs looked like she had been smoking for many years. It was because she turned off the range hood immediately after cooking.

Remove from the pan and plate—it's delicious! It feels like it could even be mass-produced into snacks and sold.
