Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, add pork belly and stir-fry over low heat.
Step 2

Add chopped green onions, minced garlic, and dried chili peppers. The pork belly can be stir-fried for a while longer until it's crispy. I was in a hurry and didn't stir-fry it until it was fully cooked.
Step 3

Turn the heat to medium and add the potato slices, stir-fry until combined.
Step 4

Add green bell peppers, two tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and salt to taste. You can add a little water to help the potatoes cook faster. Stir-fry.
