Hotel-style Cauliflower Stir-fried with Cured Pork | Steps for making a delicious home-style dish

😍Finished product showcase!

After cutting the cauliflower into small florets, remember to blanch it first! Adding a little oil and salt while blanching will help the cauliflower stay crisp and refreshing. The same method applies to blanching broccoli. 🤔 Broccoli and cauliflower contain pesticide residues, so it's recommended to soak them in water with a little salt and baking soda for 10 minutes before blanching. This will effectively remove pesticide residues.

After blanching, set aside.

Cut the cured pork into thin slices, blanch it once, and set it aside.

Heat oil in a wok again, then add the cured pork and fry until some of the fat is rendered.

Next, add the garlic and chili peppers and sauté until fragrant!

Add the cauliflower and garlic leaves, turn up the heat and stir-fry for another 15 seconds.

Seasoning is very simple! Just add a little salt and chicken bouillon.

Spray a spoonful of water along the edge of the wok. Under high temperature, use the steam from the evaporating water and the wok aroma created by the oil to quickly cook the food.
