Steps for making dry-pot cauliflower

Prepare 3 cloves of garlic (minced), 3 slices of ginger (minced), 2 dried chilies (cut into sections), and half a green bell pepper (sliced into strips).

Break the cauliflower into smaller pieces or cut it into pieces.

Clean the pork belly and slice it.

Spray some oil in a pan, add the cauliflower and stir-fry over high heat until slightly golden, as shown in the picture. Remove and set aside.

Add half a teaspoon of sugar to enhance the flavor, 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce. Stir-fry evenly, then add 1 tablespoon of MSG for flavor. Stir-fry quickly and remove from the pan.
