1.3 jin of beef hind leg for 69 yuan

Slice and cut into strips

Cut into peanut-sized pieces

Take some time

All ingredients: beef cubes, onion, soaked shiitake mushrooms, roasted peanuts (skinned), peeled garlic cloves, 2 small red chilies, ginger, toasted white sesame seeds, scallions, cilantro, Haitian fermented bean paste, Guweiduo rice bran oil, bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon.

Crush the peanuts

Remove the stems from the soaked shiitake mushrooms.

Dice the shiitake mushrooms, crush the peanuts, mince the garlic, mince the chili, and slice the onion.

Main ingredients

Heat 200 ml of rice bran oil in a pot, add garlic cloves, ginger, bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon, cilantro, and scallions, and simmer over medium-low heat.

Slowly simmer

It should be cooked down to this consistency.

Filter the oil

Put beef cubes in the pot

Stir-fry quickly over high heat until it changes color.

Stir-fry for about 8 minutes, then add chopped shiitake mushrooms and reduce heat to medium-low.

Continue stir-frying, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar, 3 tablespoons of fermented bean paste, (add more diced chili and garlic if you like, but I don't eat spicy food or garlic, so I add less).

Add crushed peanuts and white sesame seeds

Stir-fry until it reaches the consistency shown in the picture, then turn off the heat and continue stir-frying.

Two bowls were filled

It looks pretty good.

Bottle it up, and use the extra to make noodles.

The noodles smell amazing!

Add a fried egg

Because the handsome guy doesn't like garlic, he added garlic while rendering the oil. I don't like spicy food, so I only added two cloves.
