Steps for making garlic chicken wings (one of 100 home-style dishes)

Wash the chicken wings and cut them in half so they absorb the flavor better.

Add one and a half tablespoons of minced garlic, two tablespoons of light soy sauce, one and a half tablespoons of oyster sauce, 10 grams of black pepper powder, 10 grams of sugar, and 5 grams of salt. (I used tablespoons for all these ingredients.)

Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Heat the pan, add plenty of oil (about 2/3 of the way up the chicken wings), and when the oil is about 70% hot, add the chicken wings and fry until golden brown on both sides. Fry over low heat for about 1 minute, then flip and fry the other side.

After frying, drain the oil and set aside.

In a separate pan, add some oil, then add 2 and a half tablespoons of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the chicken wings and stir-fry evenly.

It's done cooking! Let's dig in!
