Boiled chicken breast diet recipe

If you want to achieve good weight loss results, the best way is exercise plus diet. In terms of diet, you should eat less greasy and high-calorie foods, but you must ensure the basic nutritional needs of the body. At this time, during the weight loss process, you can eat some boiled chicken appropriately to ensure basic nutrition. At the same time, because it is boiled, the fat content is very low.

Main ingredient: Chicken breast as needed

1. First, we need to buy the main ingredient - chicken breast!

Generally speaking, chicken breasts sold in large supermarkets such as Carrefour, Tesco, Walmart, etc. are much cheaper than those sold in the vegetable market, and are very fresh. It is better to buy more at one time to save running around.

Note: There are also chicken breasts for sale. I have not tried making them myself, but you can give it a try.

2. Don’t be in a hurry. Take out the required amount first and put the rest in the freezer of the refrigerator to keep it fresh.

Then sharpen the knife and cut the chicken breast! Cut the chicken breast into any shape you want, slices, cubes or strips. Remember: the chicken fibers must be cut horizontally! Then soak it in clean water for later use.

Note: No matter how you cut it, make sure it’s not too thick.

3. Now comes the most important part! Take out the cut chicken breast (I cut it into small slices) and put it in a large bowl. Add a proper amount of cooking wine and soy sauce (you can add black pepper if you like), and stir it repeatedly with your hands.

Note: Don't be too gentle, just grab it, it's slippery~

4. When you feel that there is no excess liquid in the bowl, add some starch (half a spoonful? It depends on your taste, just don’t make it into fried chicken), then continue kneading until there is no starch on the chicken.

Note: Do not mix starch, cooking wine and soy sauce together, otherwise it will not be effective.

5. The last step is very varied. You can choose: blanching and then mixing it with cold sauce, frying, baking in the oven, etc. If you master the timing, you will find that the chicken becomes as tender as in the restaurant!

I chose the simplest stir-fry. Heat the pan slightly and add two spoons of corn oil. Don't wait for the oil temperature to become too high. Put in the processed chicken breast directly. Use a spatula to break it up into a lump. Then lift the pan (or flip it with a spatula). When both sides of the chicken change color slightly, you can add the seasoning you want. I eat it directly with salad without adding anything else. When the color is about the same, take it out of the pan without hesitation. It's done.

Note: Don’t wait until the chicken is slightly charred before taking it out of the pan, just wait until it turns white.

6. Put it on the vegetables, pour some salad dressing or Thousand Island dressing on it, and eat it directly. It is tender and juicy, comparable to fried chicken legs!

Precautions

The steps of cutting the chicken, soaking it in water, kneading it with seasonings, and kneading it with starch cannot be reversed or omitted, otherwise it will be ineffective.

It is said that adding egg white is better, but I think this tenderness is good enough, so I don’t add eggs.

When cooking, remember not to heat the oil too high, otherwise it will easily stick to the pan.

If you are cooking, you can take the chicken out of the pot in advance and set it aside.
