How to make assorted dried fruit muffins

1. After the butter is softened, add fine sugar and salt, and use a whisk until the volume is fluffy and the color becomes lighter.

2.1 Add sifted low flour and mix until there is no dry powder.

3.2 Beat the eggs and add to the butter in 4-5 batches and beat until smooth.

4.1 Add chopped red dates, almond slices, walnut kernels, raisins and dried cranberries and mix well. (Leave a small portion of cranberries and almond slices to decorate the cake surface)

5.2 Pour the milk into the previously mixed dry ingredients and stir evenly from the bottom up with a rubber spatula.

6. Sprinkle appropriate amount of cranberries and almond slices on the surface of the batter.

7. Bake in a preheated oven at 185 degrees on the middle layer for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
