How to make Surf and Turf Pizza

2. Pour 212 yeast (mix with warm water/about 200ml) into the flour, 1 egg, a little salt, sugar and olive oil, knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap for the first fermentation. After about 30-35 minutes, poke the dough with your finger. If it does not shrink, it is ready.

5. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a square shape. Grease the baking tray with olive oil, put the dough in and poke holes with a fork. Place in baking dish for 8 minutes.

6. Take out when it turns golden brown.

7. While baking the pancakes, simmer the tomato sauce over low heat: add chopped tomatoes, Italian herbs [rosemary/oregano/sage/thyme], black pepper, a little bit of butter, sweet and spicy sauce and onion and fry.

8. Apply a layer of tomato sauce evenly and then a layer of mozzarella.

9. Add all the ingredients, top with a layer of mozzarella and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
