9. Add enough water when cooking dumplings. Put the dumplings in after the water boils. After the dumplings boil, add appropriate amount of cold water and boil again. Repeat three times.

Ingredients: beef filling, wheat flour, fresh mushrooms, bok choy, salt, onions, ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sesame oil.

1. Blanch the mushrooms and green vegetables separately, drain the water, and chop them into small pieces.

2. Stir the beef filling in one direction first. You can add appropriate amount of water to make the meat filling chewy.

3. Add mushrooms and chopped green vegetables into the meat filling, add salt, dumpling filling seasoning, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chopped ginger and green onion, sesame oil, and mix well.

4. Wrap them in the usual way.

5. Put water in the pot, put in the dumplings after the water boils, and enjoy them when cooked. It is also a good choice to eat dumplings with chili sauce and vinegar. It is up to your preference whether to eat them with sauce or not.
