1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, slowly pour it into the flour, stir with chopsticks until it becomes snowflake-shaped and then knead into dough

2.1 Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, take one part, roll it into a suitable thickness, evenly apply salad oil, and sprinkle with pepper and salt

3.2 Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough ferment until it is 1.5-2 times its size

6.Pinch the pointed ends of the rolled roll together and gather them to the bottom of the roll.

7. Make small flower rolls with the remaining dough in the same way

8. Put it in the steamer, let it rise for 15 minutes, turn on the fire and steam for 15 minutes, turn off the fire, and open the lid after 2-3 minutes.
