How to make pickled fish

Urbanites commute twice a day, and their destinations are always office buildings and apartments. They have no time to cook, but after getting used to fast food, they will miss home-cooked meals. Pickled cabbage and cured fish are easy and quick to prepare. It can be cooked in just over ten minutes. You only need to steam it, and there is no need to worry about the harm of oil fumes.

1. Rinse the surface of the cured fish and cut into small pieces.

2. Cut the garlic into sections, cut the red pepper into pieces, chop the minced garlic, and cut the ginger into pieces.

3. Heat the pan, add oil, and fry the cured fish over low heat until the double-sided tape turns yellow. Remove from the pan and set aside.

4. Heat the pan, add oil, add ginger slices and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add sauerkraut and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

5. Add the fried cured fish and stir-fry. Pour in the sauce prepared in advance (a bowl of boiling water, vinegar, soy sauce, five-spice powder) without adding salt, pour into the pot, cook for 5 to 8 minutes, add the garlic sprouts, stir-fry and serve.
