Stir-fried peas

Method

   Step 1

   Wash the shelled peas and put them in a bowl for later use.

   Step 2

   Add oil to the pan

   Step 3

   Heat the oil and stir-fry the peas.

   Step 4

   After stir-frying a few times, add water and salt to the pot.

   Step 5

   Cover the pot and simmer until the water is almost evaporated (stir occasionally to prevent burning).
