Method

   Step 1

   Take a piece of dough and roll it into a round sheet to serve as the base. It should not be too thin, 7 mm thick.

   Step 2

   Make small cuts around the edge to create individual slices, then mark each slice with a line, pinch the ends together to form a round base for a leaf.

   Step 3

   Take another small ball of dough, roll it out into a thick rectangle, and wrap it around a small date as shown in the picture. Make a total of 9 .

   The first layer consists of 5 petals, and the middle can be filled with dough or jujubes.
