Curry Chicken Rice

   Step 1

   Dice the potatoes, onions, and carrots and set aside.

   Dice the chicken breast and set aside.

   1 box of Japanese curry seasoning

   Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and stir-fry until it changes color. Add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry, then add boiling water and simmer 6.7 minutes (adjust the time according to your preference and the size of the chicken). Add the chopped curry powder and simmer until the sauce thickens.

   Finally, plate it up and it's ready to eat! The rice was cooked in the rice cooker beforehand. [This is my first time writing a recipe, so please give me your feedback, thank you!]
