Christmas tree omelet

   Step 1

   Wash the spinach, add some warm water, and blend into a puree.

   Beat an egg

   Add spinach puree and mix well.

   Add flour and mix well.

   Add a small amount of vegetable oil to a non-stick pan

   Cut the omelet into four pieces and arrange them on a plate to resemble a Christmas tree.

   Drizzle with black sesame sauce and garnish with small snacks.
