Cheese Potato Shreds

   Wash the shredded potatoes until they feel slightly firm to the touch.

   Remove from the water, add two eggs, and mix well.

   Add flour and mix well.

   Add green bell peppers and corn.

   Fry slowly over medium heat in hot oil.

   Flip it over, add the cheese, and continue to fry slowly.
