Tomato Beef Balls

Method

   Step 1

   Wash the tomatoes and dice them.

   Chop the scallions

   Beef balls can be bought ready-made or made at home.

   Pour oil into a pan, and once hot, add chopped green onions, then add tomatoes and stir-fry until juices are released.

   Add a small bowl of water and bring to a boil.

   Add the beef balls, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for another five minutes.

   Add salt, sugar, and chicken bouillon, then it's ready to serve.
