Method

   Step 1

   Add peanuts, dried chili peppers, and Sichuan peppercorns to a cold pan over low heat.

   Step 2

   Fry until the peanuts make a popping sound, then drain the oil and mix in the spicy and numbing seasoning.

   You can add a little salt according to your taste.
