6. Take a small piece of dough, roll it into a round skin, turn it over and put the glutinous rice and pumpkin filling on it, wrap it up, seal it, and close it with the seam facing down.

7. Put the small dough into the baking tray, with one to two fingers of space between each dough, and put it into the oven at 35 degrees for the final fermentation.

8. Ferment until it is about twice the original size, squeeze all together, and brush the surface with egg liquid.

9. Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
