2. Method

Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a pot, fry the garlic until golden, then take it out.

Put other ingredients in another pot and bring to a boil. Add (1) garlic and simmer until thickened. Wash the meat and drain, then marinate with soy sauce and sugar for 1 to 2 hours.

2. Piao Xiang Sauce

1. Ingredients: 500 grams of pickled peppers, 150 grams of sesame paste, 200 grams of peanut butter, 40 grams of chili oil, 100 grams of garlic kernels, 30 grams of pepper powder, 80 grams of MSG, 1 pack of special fresh No. 1, 100 grams of chicken essence, 20 grams of sugar, and 40 grams of fine salt.

2. Chop the pickled pepper into small pieces, peel and mash the garlic cloves.

3. Use a porcelain container to put sesame paste, peanut butter, garlic froth, pepper powder, special fresh No. 1, chicken essence, sugar, salt, etc. and mix well.

4. Heat vegetable oil until 80% cooked, add pickled pepper and fry until fragrant. Then pour into the prepared ingredients in the porcelain dish, cover with a lid, let it cool down and taste it again. If it is too salty, add some sugar and MSG. If it is too bland, add some salt.

3. Raw materials

There are 10 grams of refined salt, 1 gram of MSG (or chicken powder), 10 grams of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 3 tablespoons of wine, 2 grams of pepper, 1 gram of fennel, 1 gram of cumin, 20 grams of chili powder, 5 grams of pepper, 1 tablespoon of spicy sauce, a little young ginger juice, appropriate amounts of scallion and minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of sauce, 5 grams of honey, and spices (depending on personal taste, it can be fish flavor, meat flavor, chicken flavor, etc.) (all the above ingredients are in powder or liquid form).
