Step 1

Slice the tofu and blanch it in boiling water with a little salt.

Prepare the ingredients: blanched tofu, scallions, ginger, small red chilies, salt, and cornstarch slurry.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu until it is slightly browned.
