Steps for making stuffed pumpkin blossoms

Prepare to process the pumpkin blossoms.

Rinse thoroughly, as I heard there might be small ants. Remove the stem.

This leaf should also be removed.

Gently part the petals and remove the stamens inside. Be very gentle; I ruined about 5, 6, 7, or 8 of them!

The inside of the flower is quite deep; you could hold a small cup of water in it.

Rinse thoroughly after treatment.

Remove the bark from the flower stalks and set them aside.

Add tofu, chopped green onions, a little minced ginger, and white pepper to the minced meat and mix well.

The filling is ready and we're about to start stuffing it.

This must be done gently, as the flowers are easily torn.

If a flower is too large, you can use a flower stem to seal it.

They're so cute!

A pot full of food, ready to cook.

Add a small bowl of water and start boiling. The pumpkin blossoms will release water, so you don't need to add too much water.

It looks so beautiful after boiling.

Add chopped green onions and a little salt to taste, then it's ready to serve.

They're all so plump!

One bite and it's so satisfying! The filling includes tofu, which is soft and not greasy at all.
