One of my absolute favorite home-style dishes is sweet and sour flavor, which I crave after two weeks without it. It includes sweet and sour bitter melon and sweet and sour chili peppers – both are incredibly delicious with rice! Those who can handle spice must try this; it's a strongly flavored dish with prominent sour, sweet, and spicy tastes. The sweet and sour sauce is crucial. Follow my recipe and don't worry about adding too much sugar and vinegar – that's how you get the right flavor! I'm really looking forward to seeing a wave of successful submissions to prove this dish is truly amazing!

An incredibly delicious and easy-to-make home-style dish: Sweet and Sour Chili! A collision of three flavors in one dish! Sour, sweet, and spicy—no one can resist it when served with rice. Here are the steps:

Chili slices

Prepare the sweet and sour sauce in advance, making sure there's enough sugar and vinegar. This dish tastes best when it's a bit savory.

Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the pork belly until it changes color, then add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce. The dark soy sauce is used for color, so add only a little. Make sure to cook the seasonings in hot oil to release their aroma.

Add the chili peppers and stir-fry until softened.

Add salt and stir-fry evenly. If the pan is too dry, you can add a little water.

Finally, add the sweet and sour sauce, stir-fry evenly, and it's ready to serve.

The soup is thick and glossy, and it's absolutely delicious with rice. No one can resist it.
