Steps for making taro and pork stir-fry

A small piece of lean pork leg

Cut the ingredients into thin slices, add 2 grams of ginger powder, 2 grams of scallion powder, 3 teaspoons of cooking wine, 1 egg white, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, and 1 teaspoon of cooking oil. Stir clockwise until well mixed and marinate for 10 minutes.

Peel the taro and cut it into slices about the thickness of two one-yuan coins. Don't cut them too thin, otherwise they will easily break when stir-fried after baking. Rinse off the starch with water and drain.

Place in the air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Flip the food every few minutes to ensure even heating. (The time and temperature may vary depending on the wattage of your air fryer.)

After flipping it a few times, the time is up.

Heat oil in a pan, then sauté scallions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.

Add the pork to the wok and stir-fry quickly over high heat.

Add 2 teaspoons of cooking wine and stir-fry.

Stir-fry with 1 teaspoon of fish sauce

After stir-frying the pork, add the roasted taro to the pot.

Add the celery to the pot.

Add 1 teaspoon of first-pressed soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Once cooked, adjust the salt and MSG to taste.
