The fatty meat is very soft and tender, not greasy at all. When reducing the sauce at the end, be sure to leave a lot of sauce to mix with rice, it will elevate the whole dish!
Materials
Incredibly fragrant and delicious braised pork belly! Here are the steps to make it.

Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture (cut the pork belly into thick slices).

Without adding oil to the pan, fry the pork belly until the excess fat is rendered and then remove it from the pan.

Leave a little oil from the fried pork belly in the pan, then fry the green peppers and eggs until they develop a tiger-skin pattern and set aside.

Pour in this bowl of spices and sauté until fragrant.

Add the sliced pork belly, 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sweet bean sauce. Stir-fry evenly (the tablespoon is a porcelain eating spoon).

Pour in the eggs, half a bottle of beer, and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat, then cover and simmer over low heat for 50 minutes.

Add the green bell peppers and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Reduce the sauce over high heat, but remember to leave plenty of liquid!

It tastes exactly like that, the meat is so bouncy!

This bite is so satisfying.

The broth is absolutely amazing with rice; I could finish a whole bowl even without any vegetables!
