Home-style stir-fried water bamboo shoots and beef (Hunan cuisine) recipe steps
Step 1

Cut beef into strips, mix with cornstarch and a little water, then marinate with soy sauce and vegetable oil for 1 hour.
Step 2

Cut 3 water bamboo shoots (adjust the amount to taste) into even strips. Cut red bell pepper (or sweet pepper if you don't like it spicy) into strips.
Step 3
