A small bowl of minced meat (a good mix of lean and fat is best; I used a meat grinder, and I recommend a 3:7 ratio of lean to fat).
8 green beans, cut into small pieces, see picture.
3 cloves of garlic
3 red chili peppers
soy sauce
Salt, chicken bouillon
Light soy sauce
A spoonful
Oyster sauce
cooking oil
